Welcome to an exclusive culinary adventure designed for 10 fortunate gourmets! Immerse yourself in the delightful world of food and wine pairing as we uncover the intriguing reasons behind why certain combinations create a harmonious experience while others result in a culinary discord. Together, we will unveil the intricacies of wine characteristics—such as tannins, acidity, and sweetness—and their roles in achieving the ideal pairing.
Participants will enjoy tasting 5 to 6 varieties of white and red wines, complemented by a diverse selection of unique food ingredients to experiment with.
